What are enzymes?

Enzymes are tiny protein molecules that do two things inside the human body, digest food and they are your immune system.

How do I know if I am deficient in enzymes?

If you have any digestive or intestinal symptoms. If you have any fever or hot spots in your body, swelling, redness, pain, or restriction in motion. All of those signs are cardinal signs of inflammation.

Doesn't my body produce enzymes?

Yes, everyone makes enzymes. The problem is our food is enzyme deficient. Example: You have a bagel and a banana, throw both on the ground and come back later. What happens? Nothing happens to the bagel and the banana turns brown. What is the difference between the two? The banana has enzymes in it. Foods that are cooked, canned, or processed in any way have no food enzymes. Your body struggles to digest food when the enzymes have been removed. This is evident not only in palpation for muscular contraction, but on a 24 hour urinalysis in the form of indican.
